Sleep has been really hard the last few days. I have no real idea why. Also you can see the effect of my current cold on my additional walks pretty clearly.

But the MAIN NEWS of the week is I have SMASHED through both 9.4k AND 10k goals (both average and 23/28 day success rate). So the next step is to build up the three extra (non-commute) walks each week, until I've done 2x 30 min and 1x 5k walk each week for 4 weeks.
