Friday before last: 1 return cycle to nursery left me exhausted both Friday and much of Saturday.
Last week: approx 3 times as much cycling over Thursday left me slightly less exhausted Thursday evening/Friday
This week: return cycle to nursery Mon & Tue; extra cycling Tue pm; too tired for nursery trip Wed am
Throughout:
studying average 1-2 hours a day (more in essay crisis, less immediately after!)
doing my share of housework

Goal: returning to work at 60% time:
cycle home-nursery-work 5 days a week
walk work-home or work-school-home 5 days a week
plus 3-4 hours work brain 4 days a week, 6-7 hours on Weds
plus 1-2 hours study every day
plus my share of housework

Ideal (i.e. back to before getting sick):
cycle home-nursery-work 5 days a week
walk work-home or work-school-home 5 days a week
plus 6-7 hours work brain 5 days a week
plus 1-2 hours study every day
plus running 3 times a week
plus my share of housework

Conclusions:
1. I was not nearly as grateful for my fitness level before getting ill as I would be if I had it now.
2. My body does respond well to increasing activity by increasing fitness, now as much as before.
2a. So long as I remember to adjust plans and take rest in response to tiredness/reaching limits.
3. Migraine-management has been such good practice for 2a.
