This week has kicked me with migraine and heat and so I've dropped back a bit on steps and active minutes, but not as badly as I'd thought.
After some consideration, I've cut my sleep target from 8 hours to 7 hours. If I look at my hours recently I'm doing a lot of thrashing: several 5- or 6-hour nights in a row and then I crash hard and have a couple of 9- or 10-hour nights. I think I'd do better if it were consistently 7+ hours a night; so I'm going to see if I can convert a bunch of those 5-6 hour nights to 7 hours.
